Feasibility Studies will include a detailed analysis of your project to include area competitors, dialogue with surrounding hotel and resort management personnel and local officials. We do an inspection of relevant business and area demographics to give you a clearer understanding of potential pitfalls or sureties. Our hotel consultants will generate a projected P&L analysis for operational years ahead as well as projected occupancy and rates determined by your competitive set among other factors. You will also receive a detailed analysis on the projected hotel as far as design, layout, and revenue streams.
